Epicurean Baskets has been serving the gift giving needs of America since our founding. We opened shop in 1994, and immediately jumped on board a new thing called the "internet". We have been serving America online ever since. 

Early on, we formed an association with The Wine Club, in Southern California. They were able to supply us with the finest wines available. After extensive research at several Fancy Food Shows™ and many California Gift Shows™, we selected the best quality ingredients for your gifts! 

During the Dot.Com era, we extensively serviced the burgeoning and demanding Internet community, often creating and sending hundreds of gifts on virtually no notice! We have been able to expand and contract as necessary to handle these peaks and valleys. 

We have had extensive training, and have taught several seminars on creating and marketing the gift basket business. We have maintained many professional associations over the years. 

Peggy, the owner, has kept the ship running, sometimes through sheer will. Her background in marketing and catering helped form the foundations of the business. Even so, she doesn't spend all her time creating gifts & baskets and running the business. She enjoys ceramics, and is learning fly-fishing. When she can, she spends time with Fritz, our dachshund, and Frodo the cat (who is Fritz's toy)!

Scot, Peggy's other half, has been assisting since the beginning. He helped write the first website, and has been doing it since (all website complaints go Scot!). Providing the muscle, he has helped form the warehouse into a cohesive and functioning unit. He enjoys fly-fishing when not running his own residential remodel business. And of course Fritz and Frodo get their due!

Monica joined us recently, and has single-handedly beat the warehouse into submission! She can single handedly create more baskets than any of us! When not making baskets, she attends to her family & children.
