Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we will do all, within reason , to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported by E-Mail only, within 48 hours of receipt of goods to onlinesales@epicureanbaskets.com.

Epicurean Baskets will not refund or replace orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Epicurean Baskets will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges.
